
Guangdong Chimelong Philanthropic Foundation (GCPF) is initiated by Guangdong Chimelong Group Co., Ltd, and is the first wildlife conservation foundation initiated by a private company in China. In November 2021. It was honored as one of Guangdong Province's top ten 5A-level philanthropic foundations. Since its establishment, our organization has been guided by the principle of "harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, and dedication to rural revitalization." We have accumulated over 660 million RMB (ca. 104 million USD) in donations, supporting more than 50 charitable and wildlife conservation projects. We ardently engage in wildlife conservation, scientific research, public education, poverty relief, disaster response, and education in rural areas.
We uphold the principle of the human-nature life community, continuously supporting and participating in wildlife and plant conservation efforts. Our mission is to protect biodiversity through wildlife rescue, conservation research, and public awareness initiatives, enhancing China’s international influence in wildlife protection. We are also committed to promoting rural revitalization, community development, and the sustainable development of flora and fauna conservation, making a positive contribution to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
Guided by the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the GCPF upholds the Constitution, laws, regulations, and national policies. Embracing the core socialist values, it champions social ethics, promotes the spirit of patriotism, and embarks on a journey of wildlife conservation and charitable endeavors. Its pursuit is to benefit society and build a robust platform to fulfill social responsibilities.
It is our goal to promote the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, foster rural revitalization, and ensure sustainable wildlife conservation. Through these efforts, we aim to contribute to the overall rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and work towards a shared future for all life on Earth.
1. Fostering projects encompassing wildlife conservation, scientific research, public education, talent exchange, ecological conservation, and sustainable development;
